C’est La Vie
In order for her to know the warmth
and tenderness and flow of love, she must feel the merciless and ratchet cold
breath of hate whispering in her ear.
She masters the loneliness of a
hopeless, dark and pitiful night in order to understand the power and beauty in
an orange, red burning sun running off the darkness over the horizon.
In order for her to feel the
supernatural, addictive tears of joy filling her eyes, she has to know the
crippling, contagious, and toxic pain of fear taunting, breaking down her
character, her spirit, her hope, her dreams.
She has to feel the pressure of
constant poisonous dipped daggers aimed at her soul, yet hits her back and
hurts her heart.
The very heart that holds the power
of her spirit, gives her the serenity of life, as she is strolling through the
quiet places in days she rarely finds.
She must give thanks for the
storms, gaining wisdom and confidence, learning what love, mercy, forgiveness,
acceptance, loyalty, hope and faith is.
She must smile in the face of
haters and gracefully say:
“C’est La Vie.”
Yours Truly,
